Roundtable to discuss Small Arms Transfers 26-27 March

Canada will host a Roundtable discussion in Montebello, 26-27 March 2007 to address issues related to the transfer of small arms and light weapons.

The roundtable will address issues such as best practices, identifying global principles to guide arms transfers, and strengthening the implementation of the UN Programme of Action. The meeting will include representatives of the Helsinki Process Governments as well as civil society actors.
